Saddest Fictional TV Moment?

Watched the last episode of Blackadder Goes Forth tonight and that last scene as they go over the top and the screen fades to a field of poppies still hits quite hard especially for a comedy.
John Sullivan also had a great ability to go from comedy to drama in OFAH.
So what's your saddest fictional TV moment?

In OFAH. When rodney buys del the rolls Royce and he gives del the keys.
Then they drive to the pub and get a round of drinks and they ask for some sandwiches and Rodney goes to pay.
Del says no Rodney I will buy the sandwiches, as you bought the rolls...
